With 40+ years of teaching and 25 years as an international speaker, I blend Pilates, Self-Myofascial Release, Fascial Fitness®, and TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercise). I’ve helped thousands retrain their bodies, release stress, and move with more freedom.
