My husband and I are both retired police officers living with PTSD. This is not an easy journey, and access to appropriate care can be inconvenient, complicated, and expensive for many of us. We were completely surprised when we found Kathleen; not only by the TRE technique, but also by how deeply she cares for the well-being of First Responders. Because this technique can be used anywhere, at any time, it provides First Responders with immediate access to an important mental health care tool.
