Why TRE® Is So Accessible
One of the things I love most about TRE® is its accessibility. You don’t need equipment, a gym membership, or even much time. Instead, you need consistency.
With practice three times per week for about a month, you establish and deepen your “natural mammalian” tremor pathway. Once that pathway reawakens, you will no longer need the lead-up exercises. You can simply lie down and enter the process directly.
At that point, TRE® becomes an easy, efficient, lifelong self-care tool. Five to fifteen minutes is all you need.
What Many People Experience
With consistent practice, many people notice meaningful shifts in both body and mind. Over time, tension patterns soften and central nervous system regulation improves.
People often report:
• Reduced worry and anxiety
• Deeper, more restful sleep
• Relief from persistent or chronic pain
• Increased energy and flexibility
• Improved recovery from old injuries
• Less lower back pain
• Enhanced emotional resiliency and regulation
• A decrease in reactivity and triggers
It is remarkable how much can change when the body no longer carries chronic tension.
Research and Professional Recognition
TRE® continues to gain international recognition and research support.
In Canada, I hold a unique distinction with the Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Association. They have approved my TRE® sessions for continuing education credits (CECs) for their members.
This approval reflects both the credibility of TRE® and the professional trust placed in my work within health and wellness communities.
Is TRE® Right for Everyone?
Like any nervous system practice, TRE® is not appropriate in every situation.
For example, if you are pregnant, wait until after birth before beginning TRE®. If you are recovering from recent surgery, allow full healing before starting.
If you live with psychiatric conditions that require supervision or you have fragile psychological defenses, learn TRE® with a Certified Provider. In addition, maintain communication with your psychologist or psychiatrist to ensure the safest and most supportive experience.
Your safety always comes first.
I am happy to provide referrals when additional clinical support ensures the most appropriate and supportive experience.
